hmmm.. today i found two butterflies in my backyard.. one was still flapping it's wings a bit... they had something in common... their abdomen was missing - ripped away. i then found out that the (beautiful and awesome) dragonflies seem to catch them in flight and tear them apart to eat what's worth being eaten... leaving a half dead and half bodied butterfly to be blown away with the hot summer wind. cruel.. eh? but that's the way it goes...
